Ben Barlow was raised in Lafayette, California. He attended university at BYU in Provo, Utah (B.A. in English), as well as earned an M.B.A from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He met and married his wife, Trinity, in Denver, Colorado where their two daughters, Saige and Dacey, were born before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to raise them. Now finally, they all are excited to live in Rexburg, Idaho, where Trinity teaches fashion at BYU-Idaho, Saige teaches music at Alturas Academy in Idaho Falls, and Dacey studies fashion with her mom.

Ben loves Idaho and really enjoys being involved and serving the community. He is a member of the Ambassadors for the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Rotary Clubs of Idaho Falls and Rigby, as well as acting as secretary in the Kiwanis Club of Rexburg. He is also involved with the Rexburg Chapter of Business Networking International, where he currently serves as President.

Ben began his mortgage banking career in Denver before moving to Las Vegas in 2004. His experience and success in the mortgage industry are vast. He has worked as an underwriting manager for seven years handling high-dollar and exception loans before transitioning to the role of mortgage loan officer for the next 15 years. Ben also has experience serving low-to-moderate income borrowers and helping them with down payment assistance and other specialized loan programs. In addition, Ben has spent several years working in commercial lending, completing comprehensive business income analysis and helping these individual business owners with their unique borrowing needs.

Ben takes great pride in building relationships and helping his clients throughout all aspects of the mortgage lending process. Whether buying or refinancing, Ben will work hard to make sure you have a great mortgage lending experience.
